By commissioning Noe, you’ll be agreeing that you have read and understood Noe’s T.O.S and Noe will not be held liable for any misunderstandings or mistakes that may happen due to client’s negligence.

Noe has the right to reject any orders or requests that Noe cannot or is unable to do / work on

Noe reserves the right to post any and all of Noe’s works during and after progress with crediting for advertisement on Noe’s socials / portfolio, unless stated prior ordering by client

Noe reserves the right to stream progress of client’s order, unless stated prior by client

Client is free to request their order to be hidden / taken down at anytime

Client must provide proper and thorough visual references and information regarding client’s order, examples being for and of character(s), background, themes, etc.

Regarding more creatively open commissions client is to state exactly how much freedom and liberty Noe is granted / allowed

Please credit noe or @noe_pun when or if using any work done by Noe

Do not copy, trace, edit, modify, distribute, sell, claim, or credit any of Noe’s art and work as their own

Please discuss with Noe first if client has any plans on selling / distributing / using any works done by Noe for commercial use

Noe does not condone any of Noe’s works to be used for any A.I. use

Noe is able to bypass Noe’s T.O.S at any time whenever Noe deems necessary

Commissions may range from within a week to a month or longer and may vary depending on the contents of the client’s order

Client is free to ask / request any major or minor revisions free of charge only towards the initial sketch, any revisions after confirming and proceeding with the initial sketch may result in extra fees

Commission will be shown in parts / progress updates and noe may only proceed with the order after confirming with the client

Unless decided on / stated prior, commissions will have no deadlines

If client needs the commission finished before a certain date / deadline, it is to be discussed and decided before the order is placed or started

For more complex commissions, such as character / VTuber designs or projects of any kind, may need extra things such as occasional VCs (Voice Calls, preferably via discord) for more thorough work flow as Noe communicates better vocally (though it is not required)

Noe will / may be working on other pieces for Noe and or others during client’s commission

Client is free to ask for W.I.Ps / progress updates at any time but desirable progress cannot be guaranteed during these updates

All payment will be done via PayPal in USD

Client is required to give noe their PayPal email so that noe can send client an invoice via PayPal

On orders under $100, payment will be divided in half, 50% after the initial sketch and the other 50% before receiving the final piece

On orders over $100+, initial payment will be 25% of the total price and is to be paid upfront prior starting on the commission and there is to be another payment of 25% of the total price after the initial sketch, and the rest is to be paid in full before receiving the final piece

Noe will only begin/continue on client’s order after receiving the payments

Payment will be divided into parts but can be paid in full as early as whenever client deems fit

Payment must be completed before receiving the final work

Total payment may vary due to the contents of the order’s detail / complexity

Minor revisions may or may not require a small fee

Major revisions will require a fee

Any extra revisions after client has received final work will result in extra fees

Any priority fees / orders must be discussed prior commission

Any imposed / sudden deadlines during commission will result in extra fees or cancellation with partial / no refund

Any cancellations on the client’s end may result in partial / no refund depending on how much progress has been completed

No Refunds. Work will ONLY be refunded if Noe is unable to complete the artwork under any circumstances

Any cancellations on Noe’s part will result in a full refund

Client may issue for / receive a full refund if commission has not been started
